  • Physiotherapist

    Cristina is a dedicated Physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapy degree from Swinburne University of Technology.

    Previously working in both private practice and occupational health settings, Cristina has experience treating musculoskeletal injuries, sporting injuries, postural and workplace related injuries. She utilises a combination of hands-on therapies, including dry needling, as well as clinical exercise and pilates to address the root cause of an injury. Cristina is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health and wellness goals, striving to make a positive impact on their lives. Her commitment to her practice is driven by a genuine desire to help individuals lead happier, healthier lives through personalised and effective physiotherapy treatments. Her expertise and empathetic approach ensure that each patient receives the highest standard of care tailored to their individual needs.

  • Myotherapist / Remedial Massage

    With over 15 years in the Massage industry, Stef offers both Remedial Massage and Myotherapy treatments to relieve muscle discomfort and aid mobility. Stef uses a wide-ranging massage technique, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling, deep tissue and sports massage. With motivation & education through corrective exercises and stretches, Stef ensures her patients achieve optimum results.

    Stef Specializes in: Tension Headaches, Office work-related injuries, Neck and lower back tension, Sports Massage, Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Dry Needling, Pregnancy massage, Relaxation Massage. Stef is a registered member of the Myotherapy Association of Australia.

  • Director

    Jean began ballet lessons at age 5, is classically trained through the RAD grades to Advanced Level, and has over 20 years of dancing and performing experience. The crossover to learning and teaching Yoga and Pilates was a natural progression due to her love of movement. Jean pursued both her Yoga and Pilates training concurrently, and as of today has more than 25 years’ experience as a teacher and instructor trainer.

    Jean is trained in a broad range of Yoga styles with traditional classical Yoga masters, Iyengar teachers and the YogaWorks method. Her Pilates training began with the PhysicalMind Institute New York, through their studio in Hong Kong. The training encompasses matwork, Reformer, Cadillac and all other Pilates equipment. Jean is also a certified APMA Level 2 teacher, complimenting her training with Paul Cini in Melbourne.

    Jean is a director and co-founder of The Push Group Australia, who own and operate Push! Fitness Docklands, and Push! Pilates – both premium facilities health and Lifestyle brands in the city of Melbourne.

  • Cindy began her ballet training at the age of 3 and went on to perform with renowned companies in Hong Kong after graduating from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. During this time, she obtained certification as a RAD teacher and also embarked on her yoga journey. With her yoga qualifications, Cindy began teaching at the prestigious Hong Kong yoga centre mYoga and then went on to establish her own yoga studio, Anurati. With 17 years of teaching experience, she offers a wide range of classes including Hatha Vinyasa, Yoga Wheel, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and meditation. In 2023, Cindy has added on Reformer Pilates to her teaching repertoire.

    In addition to her teaching accomplishments, Cindy made history as the first lululemon ambassador to represent Asia at a summit in Canada. She is also an artist and has showcased her unique blend of yoga and art, known as Yogaárt, at prominent events such as Hong Kong Art Basel and the Hong Kong Summer Festival.
